Job Overview
Mi Healthcare are looking to expand their Service Operations Team. We would like you to have experience in communicating with customers ideally from a scheduling point of view but we would also be interested to hear from you if your experience was gained in a customer service or telesales background. You will need to be organized and methodical and able to communicate with our customers to deliver the service they deserve.
Providing high-quality support to help meet deadlines by booking engineer workloads and liaising with customers, working as part of a small and knowledgeable team
Responsibilities and Duties
✓ Answer inbound calls from our customers and engineers.
✓ Contact our customers via phone and email to arrange engineer service visits for their healthcare equipment.
✓ Update service information in our Service Management system
✓ Reactive coordination of engineers when needed for immediate work such as call outs
✓ Daily planning of future engineer work, ensuring that all customer visits are booked in and confirmed in a timely manner.
