A little about Gary ….
My 22 year career has been dedicated to the ultrasound customer support and service industry. I have worked with both OEM and multi-vendor companies in various senior positions which has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience across the sector.
I believe customer support is a top priority in the service business, particularly the medical devices market where providing a fast, effective response is crucial. Understanding the customers needs, being flexible and providing clear instruction on how to solve a problem, are all skills I strive to deliver on a daily basis.
My new role with MI Healthcare allows me to apply and enhance these support skills and I look forward to serving both current and future customers.
