Delighted to say the brother and sister, Gareth & Becky Nelson both completed the Ormskirk 10k in well under the hour.
Becky is an accomplished runner, but Gareth’s prep work for this race consisted of a 2 mile jog last week.
Well done both and a few more quid for Zoë’s place Liverpool which Mi Healthcare will be doubling.
